forgivexforget
I'm sorry if this question has been beaten to death. For some reason, I can't wrap my head around this concept. When you apply, lets say you have an undergrad GPA for 2.5, but a graduate GPA (lets say for a masters in biology) at 3.7. Would your 2.5 undergrad eliminate you from applying since it's the GPA you obtained while doing the pre-reqs? Or can grad GPA count towards this 3.0 minimum? Sorry, again for the confusion! TarheelGirlx3
On CASPA GPA calculations your undergrad GPA remains the same, but you will have another graduate and post-bac GPA division which will then show your combined GPA of all courses taken (except doctoral level), and therefore you are not disqualified. Plenty of people on this forum had undergrad GPAs below a 3.0, took post bac/grad level courses and raised their combined GPA to above a 3.0. It is just that your undergrad GPA will not change.
