DizzyJ
Does anyone recommend a hospitalist crash course that you have taken or heard of? I have been in EM for 6 years now and have decided to make the leap into a new specialty. I've been offered a position already and have a contract/salary review meeting in a couple weeks. If I end up taking it, I would like to attend a good CME course to lay down some of the basics/key concepts before I dive in. Thanks!

greenmood
Mayo had a nice one specific to NP/PAs a few weeks ago. They do another one out in Arizona in February 2014, I think. There are some online modules here.
Acebecker
Mayo offers one in October that looks fantastic; but more importantly their annual internal medicine review would be oustanding. I think it's almost a week long, 43-45 hours of CME. If I were to switch to IM, I would be taking one of these (or both). Andrew
