AudreyH
How do you pay for things, such as living expenses, food, etc. when you are in PA school? I know you aren't supposed to work when you are in PA school... Thanks!

UGoLong
There really isn't any chance to work and my program strongly discouraged it. I did work two Friday nights per month as a medic, but that was more to keep my medic skills up. Most people took out loans, saved some money before they started, had spouses who kept working, etc. I'm not saying that it is impossible to work, but I frankly don't think I could have and kept up with the work and my family back home. Maverick87
I lived with my parents and went to a school near my house. One of my friends bartended on weekends and came out with no debt. There are plenty of ways that don't require taking out loans.

GREEN
Sell your plasma. It takes a few hours per week, you can study while doing it and it pays ~$75 in CASH.
