First draft of personal statement is 50% over length and I don't know what to cut...

Dear peers,

I would be exceptionally grateful if someone could help me with my personal statement. I just wrote my first draft that captures my entire story, but it's 1.5 times the length it's supposed to be, and I have no idea where or how to cut. Could someone please kindly read it and provide some advice if I send it to you privately?
