I was wondering if the following includes all the pertinent benefits or if I am missing any. Thank you for your help! 1. CME 2. Malpractice insurance includes tail coverage? 3. Relocation allowance? 4. Vacation days and holidays 5. 401k or ROTH 6. HSA, health (when kicks in?), dental, vision 7. Room for raise or bonus structure? 8. Will DEA, insurance and hospital credentialing, and state license be paid for? 9. Reimbursement for ACLS and BLS? 10. Sick days? 11. Contract duration? Non-compete clause (how long)? 12.
