Administrator rev ronin Posted October 16, 2019 Administrator Share Posted October 16, 2019 Go to https://fortress.wa.gov/doh/providercredentialsearch/default.aspx And search for MD 60447974 Short summary: Covering MD, had X-rays in hand showing T11 compression fracture in a 62 YOF primary care bounceback for LBP, patient had been given Norco 5/325s, and had a couple left and an upcoming weekend, complained that she needed more, doc said "no" and RX'ed lidoderm, methocarbamol, but no further opioids until PCP visit on Monday. I'm guessing the medical commission is still looking at spinal compression fracture as excusing taking more Norco than originally directed for generic/undifferentiated back pain.
