cushball08
So I have been working at same facility last three years as a hospitalist. I am staffed by a company not hospital employed. I am being asked to sign a new contract to update the required hours to work. I dont mind signing this contract however no where in does it state my benefits like my last one did. My old contract is evergreen and is the same pay and benefits when I first started. I have PTO and I know new employees are not given this anymore. I did not initiate the contract change nor am I trying to get a raise. My company says they they want to uniform the contacts. For the last 30 days I have been sent a contract everyday to sign which I have not done. Guess my question is has anyone been in a contract dispute and refused to sign? I'm concerned that if I dont sign I'll be let go and be SOL.
MediMike
What do they say when you ask for assurance of your benefits/PTO to be put in writing?
