Jiwon
Hi! I recently switched over to Pre PA and was wondering if taking gen bio and chem at a community college would be okay? I will be taking other high level science classes at a 4 year college thanks!

Southpaw45
On the Chem just check the schools you want. I ran into one or two schools that want consecutive classes at the same institution in sequential numbering.... I wanted to take Orgo II at a CC and the school would not accept the differences in the Chem courses (Orgo I was at a 4 year, Orgo II was at CC). GemPAS
Most schools don't mind if you take it at a cc level, but I would recommend taking it at a university setting if possible. At least do it for the upper division prerequisite courses. It also doesn't hurt to contact the school you are interested in applying to see their thoughts. Batman
I took all of my science classes at a community college and was accepted to PA school this cycle. You can do it. Good luck.
