IPA
Should you place your NPI #, DEA # etc on a CV? Thanks.
beattie228
My CV doesn't have my NPI or DEA on it. I've always submitted those numbers along with a copy of my state license after I've accepted the position.
dphy83
I wouldn't list the numbers. NPI is assumed, and when they need it they'll ask for it. I would list that you have a DEA certificate, as this translates into money saved on having to pay for one for you, assuming you can transfer yours to another supervisor/facility/state/whatever the case may be. south
I have mine on there, but it's unobtrusive and doesn't create an additional line. To be honest, it's more for my easy reference than for anyone else. By the way, one of my numbers is 666. Another one of my numbers is 666-666. No joke. So far, no one has commented on it - at least to my face.
