texas76
I graduate in December, should take the PANCE the first week of January. I've been hearing that it takes 2-3 months to get your license from the Texas Med board. When should I start applying?
camoman1234
I had job offers before I graduated as well as most of my class. I would start looking...Good luck!
thepaplatform
Depends on when you want to start working. I knew I wanted to go ahead and start right after graduating in August, so my timeline was looking in January, applying in February-March, had some interviews/shadowing at multiple places March-April, signed contract end of April and I was able to do my elective rotations in June and July with my employer. I took 2 weeks off after graduation to study and then take the PANCE, and then I came back officially after that to continue training with a paycheck until my test scores and licensing came through.
