xxbowiexx
Wake Forest has a 2 years post-graduate EM program (PA Academy) that i'm currently a part of. It's not a true fellowship but it provides extra training.

HMtoPA
Well, since you listed the Army/Baylor program, I'll just add that the Navy has an EMED "fellowship" in San Diego that they've just started. I think the AF may have one in OH as well.
pawag
AF does have a well known program. No longer in Dayton OH area now in SA Texas.
HMtoPA
AF does have a well known program. No longer in Dayton OH area now in SA Texas. Same town as the Army program but separate? Is it over at Wilford Hall? Actually, now that I think about it, the Army has multiple sites for their program: San Antonio, Tacoma, and maybe a few others. momed
The Residency at the University of Missouri is not a dedicated ER residency. It has a rotation in the ER but it is an acute care residency. PA Residents will rotate through many parts of the hospital. I have a friend who is halfway through the residency there.
