MS77
I have done some searching already and cannot seem to find the answer so I apologize in advance if I did not look hard enough. Many of the programs I applying to have a statistics prerequisite of 3 Semester Hours. Some do a nice job and specify "Or 4 Quarter Hours", however many programs do not. Before I go and ask every program I am applying to, does anyone know if I satisfy this prerequisite if I took one statistics class (4 Quarter Hours) even though it technically does not equal 3 Semester Hours? Thanks!
RuralER/Ortho
You're probably going to need to get in touch with the programs you're applying to for verification on this.
ONE40pt6
Call CASPA before you call individual schools (especially if it's only the stat class). IIRC CASPA converts the hours so everyone's GPA calculations are fair.
MS77
I appreciate the responses but are there any students here who can confirm that they took a 4 quarter hour course that filled a 3 semester hour prerequisite? (Particularly with statistics!)
