Moderator ventana Posted November 13, 2011 Moderator Share Posted November 13, 2011 read a brief from a study that was just a recent release the topic was decreasing controlled substance prescribing in the ER though education of the NP's (I remember it was just NP's but 100% applies to PA's as well) was in just the last month basis of the study was education of midlevels about correct pain managment and NOT writing opiates for every sprain, strain and pain Discussed this with the local powers to be and they asked for a copy of the study,,,,,,,, and I can find or remember it..... any read it and know where I can get it?>??
