jessyp
Its more than 1 month for ICD10. How was your experience?
aquafresh11
It was a non event in our clinic. My day and charting is no different, takes me the same amount of time to find a 10 vs a 9. First reports from our billing department are no change in collections or rejected charges. I actually forgot about it on the transition day until someone asked me how it was working out towards the end of the day.
jmj11
I had met with a business guru a couple of months before ICD 10 and she insisted that we have 3 months of money stored away (which was not possible) before ICD 10. For our good fortunate, it has been seamless with no delay in payments. Our software cannot find some codes, but then I google it. Also, my European associates (headache clinics) use ICD 10 codes that are not used here so I have to be careful that they are part of the US-ICD 10 system. But otherwise a piece of cake . . . for a change.
Chloehxl
I only know it searchers only titles, inclusions and the index. So I was wondering whether it is good for a longer time.
