Urgent Care/Cosmetics

Recommended Posts

Hello.  Question for people doing cosmetics out there:

I'm starting a job at an Urgent Care in Hawaii after a couple of years working in the ED.  The clinic offers cosmetic procedures (I.E. laser/IPL hair removal, skin rejuvenation, etc.) on the side.

I get a 55/hr compensation plus 10% on cosmetic services I provide.  Anybody have any idea what the typical "provider fee" is for cosmetic services?  10% sounds a little low to me but I'm not sure what I should be seeing out of this.

Cheers and thanks in advance.
